cross country skis (rentals available). The lovely Face Lake is a mirror
in winter - perfect for skating. Show us your figure-eights or get competitive
in a hockey match on the cleared ice arena - we'll provide the skates
at no charge, since you provide the entertainment!

you ever heard a lake sing? As the ice shifts, it's the sound of the frozen
living! A once-a-year phenomenon! The Northern Lights frequent the high
