Resort Policies
We are a quiet, family oriented resort and we have policies in place for the comfort of all our guests. Please review and if you have any questions feel free to contact us via email info@milehighresort.com or call toll free 1-866-371-2606.
NO PETS ALLOWED - strictly enforced. You will be asked to leave for failure to comply. Inform your guests beforehand.
NO LOUD PARTIES - strictly enforced.
NO MUSIC - including instruments, car stereos, radios, etc. - strictly enforced.
ALL ATV AND MOTORCYCLE OWNERS - We have an unloading / loading / parking area. No ATV's or motorcycles at cabins and no riding in camp - strictly enforced.
ALL SNOWMOBILE OWNERS - Please consider your neighbouring cabins when coming and going. No riding in the camp. - enforced.
The office has reference maps available showing the trails and logging roads in our area.
Wood supplied for inside stoves only - strictly enforced and charges apply. Campfire wood may be purchased at the office before 5 pm. (Axes Not Supplied.)
All day visitors must stop and register (NO PETS) at the office and pay a fee of $5.00 per person or it will be added directly to your cabin account.
60 day cancellation policy. 6 month cancellation policy for Christmas and New Years. A processing fee of $50.00 per cabin will be retained.
Check in times - 11 am check-out / 3 pm check-in. Please respect times. No check-ins after 10pm unless prearranged; Late check-in charge of $20.00 will apply.
Gate opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm.
All cabins have electrical lights, propane cooking and wood heat. Please do not bring electrical appliances as our circuits will overload. Also, as we are on a well please conserve water at all times.
No Public Phone. Rogers AT&T service does work at our resort. Closest public phone is at Logan Lake - 15 minutes away.
2 night minimum on all cabins.
3 night minimum on all long weekends.
5 night minimum on all deluxe cabins in July & August only.
4 night minimum on all cabins Christmas & New Years.
10% discount on all cabins when booking 7 days or more.
